Dinh Le is a dedicated Small Business Research and Development Assistant with a passion for helping entrepreneurs achieve business growth. Growing up in her family’s spa and retail business, she gained hands-on experience in daily operations, from calculating revenue to managing supply logistics. These early lessons built her strong work ethic and adaptability.

Her professional journey reflects resilience. Initially pursuing a career in dental hygiene, Dinh balanced rigorous studies with part-time work but faced challenges in securing one of the program’s highly competitive spots. After briefly exploring a career in real estate, she returned to college, where she refined her business skills and contributed as the Public Relations Officer for the Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization, a professional student chapter. In this role, she developed expertise in building connections, promoting initiatives, and supporting the entrepreneurial community.

Dinh’s experiences have shaped her approach to finding balance and purpose in her work. Her dedication to growth and thoughtful perspective plays a key role in supporting small businesses on their path to success.
