Dinh's journey is a testament to resilience and adaptability. Growing up immersed in her family’s spa and retail business, she gained early hands-on experience in managing daily operations, from calculating revenue to assisting with supply runs. Although her initial goal was to become a dental hygienist, balancing work and studies made it challenging to secure one of the limited spots in the program. The 2008 market crash and the pressures of micromanagement shaped her hesitations around business ownership. Despite trying her hand at real estate, Dinh eventually returned to school, where she continued to refine her skills while working in another spa environment. Always striving to create value, Dinh brings a wealth of experience and a clear vision for achieving success.
